NDS provides Project Management services to deliver various types of commercial, industrial and retail projects and facilities for it's Clients throughout the state of Nebraska. Projects include new buildings, additions to buildings, remodeling, maintenance, facilities updates, systems/equipment replacement and various others types of work as needed. The full range of professional services are required as well as contractors qualified in all trades.
To qualify as a bidder and work on NDS Projects, the bidder must be able to provide work references on past projects, carry the necessary liability and workers' compensation insurance and be able to work in a "Team Effort" on the job.
